AOpen to Showcase at the International CES4 January 2005
AOpen(R) Inc., an award-winning, global leader in PC component design and manufacturing, will introduce several new products and highlight its new range of barebones consumer solutions at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) on January 6 - 9, 2005, in Las Vegas. At booth LVCC CEN#9156, and at its multimedia suite at the Venetian, AOpen will exhibit an assortment of newly launched products that are essential to the digital home environment, including:

XC Cube MZ and TZ Series: Based upon the history of barebones small form factor quality and innovation, the AOpen XC Cube Series, including the EZ, EX, and EA solutions, features the latest in advanced multimedia, power and performance. The new MZ barebones system, half the size of the current models, features a quiet, smaller chassis, and the first model will run on an Intel Pentium-M CPU. The MZ series comes with a slim CD or DVD ROM, and with an optional expansion unit can accommodate 2 standard optical drives, or 1 optical drive with 2 hard drives. The tall TZ series offers additional space for users to further customize their systems. It provides a stylish mini tower with 2 x 5.25 inch and 4 x 3.5 inch drive spaces with low noise operation, and can be used as an alternate office solution.
1551 Notebook: AOpen's latest 1551 notebook is a thin and light whitebook that offers a professional on-the-go solution for advanced mobility and functionality. The 12.1 inch WXGA wide screen can be glared or non-glared, with extremely sharp clarity in the glared model.
