ATP Announces Industrial Grade SD Cards - Ruggedized SD Memory Cards

SD memory cards, widely used today in mobile devices such as digital cameras, PDA and mobile phones, are increasingly being deployed in industrial applications to operate under harsh conditions, as systems integrators discover new uses for this small size, durable, high capacity solid-state memory storage cards.

ATP Industrial Grade SD Cards are designed to withstand a storage temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius and an operating temperature range of at least -25 to 85 degrees Celsius. In addition, ATP’s SIP (System-In-Packaging) manufacturing process hermetically encapsulates all exposed components to ensure the cards are waterproof, shockproof, and ESD (electro-static discharge) proof. Furthermore, ATP industrial strength cards have a MTBF rating of over 2 million hours, and performance rating of 10MB/s.

ATP Industrial Grade SD cards are immediately available with capacities ranging from 32MB up to 2GB, including special capacities such as 384MB, 768MB, 1.28GB, 1.54GB. The entire ATP Industrial Grade SD lineup is fully FCC and CE certified as well as RoHs/Green package compliant.
