Axial Vector's 'AVEC Gas Cam' Engine Reports Dynamometer Confirmation of 191 HP and 600 Ft-Lbs of Torque

7 November 2006

Axial Vector(TM) Engine Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: AXVC) announced today its lightweight gasoline powered sinusoidal cam Axial Vector Engine recently completed a 36- hour initial Dynamometer (Dyno) test run with impressive results. This engine, now known as the "AVEC GAS CAM" Engine, was originally acquired during the acquisition of the former Dyna Cam company and has undergone developments and modifications based on experience and insights gained during the development of the Multi-Fuel Workhorse Engine series.

Dr. Raymond Brouzes, CEO, stated "We are very pleased with the initial results proven on the Dyno by our "AVEC Gas Cam" engine. The peak corrected power of 191 HP was reached at an engine RPM of about 1850. Maximum corrected torque of 600 Lb-Ft was achieved at an engine RPM of about 1500. We believe there is a worldwide market for this second engine of ours and we will pursue global acceptance of this technology."

Engineers were able to identify relatively simple corrective measures that previously held back commercial development of this engine. The engineers concluded that by improving the fuel injection system to provide a proper air- fuel ratio solved many of the problems witnessed over the years such as overheating, vibration, and variable compression in the cylinders. Past problems with lubrication were identified during the trials and addressed. Moving forward our engineers are confident that improving the fuel distribution to each cylinder will substantially improve the engine performance and possibly boost performance to 650 Ft-Lbs of torque and 205 HP.

AVEC has begun to search out potential partners and/or licenses for the manufacturing, commercialization, distribution and service of this lightweight and remarkable performance engine primarily for nautical and aeronautical applications. Boat and light aircraft engine manufacturers are being invited to a demonstration of the engine and a presentation of the licensing technical package.

Revenue from these sales and subsequent royalty payments to AVEC will allow the firm to accelerate the development of the addition AVEC technologies that have emerged during the engineering of the AVEC GENSETS and its new electric motors.

Commenting on the company's flagship product, Dr. Brouzes stated "Our multi-fuel " Workhorse 7.1" prototypical engine continues on its design confirmation and performance trials at a top independent testing lab in Detroit. We expect to inform our shareholders and general public in the near future on the results of the evaluations and trials. This will be followed immediately by endurance testing and will run '24-7' for an extended period. This durability testing is intended to validate our design of 40,000 hour mean time between major engine overhauls".

About Axial Vector(TM) Engine Corporation

Axial Vector(TM) Engine Corporation is a publicly traded company that owns, develops and licenses proprietary intellectual property regarding unique internal combustion engine technologies. We are applying these technologies to develop an exciting, new, smaller and lighter internal combustion engine that produces significantly greater horsepower and three times more torque on less fuel than conventional engines of similar size. The internal combustion engine as we know it today may never comply with mandated pollution standards and meet the strong demand for cleaner and far greater fuel-efficiency engines. We see the Axial Vector(TM) as the engine design that will comfortably meet these challenges, and more.

Key entry markets for the Axial Vector(TM) engine include a number of specific military and industrial applications. Additionally, we are developing a family of electric power generators incorporating our unique Axial Vector(TM) technology. The generators will consume less fuel per unit of electrical power output and are considerably smaller than any known internal combustion engine generators.
