Bell Canada today announced the introduction of PC Care and Network Care, the latest additions to its popular
suite of business solutions for small and medium businesses (SMB). PC Care and Network Care are powerful, cost-effective maintenance solutions for computer and local area networks (LANs) designed to ensure Bell's Business Internet High Speed customers have access to the necessary level of support required to operate and compete in today's real-time, global environment.
PC Care and Network Care offer remote or on-site assistance to diagnose and fix basic computer network issues. With four levels of service at one low monthly subscription fee, PC Care and Network Care customers will have access to assisted service online, the ability to communicate with a technical expert live, or receive on-site support for all connectivity, hardware and software help requests.

Priced at $5.95 per month, PC Care is ideal for small businesses that do not have time or resources to maintain a full-time IT position. PC Care is an affordable, easy to use downloadable program that self-diagnoses and self-
heals common computer hardware and software problems. The solution also comes with PC Care warranty, giving customers access to local dedicated service centres across the country for repairs.
Network Care
Priced at $24.95 per month, Network Care is designed for growing businesses that want to maintain a small LAN to communicate with customers and employees, but need to keep IT costs under control. Network Care provides the benefits of PC Care for up to five computers, and offers true end-to-end customer service support for a company's entire business network. The Network Care solution also provides a team of dedicated team of technical experts on call, and will do on-site visits to carry out any necessary repairs when needed.
