Blue Coat Systems Appoints Kevin Biggs as Senior Vice President of Sales

Blue Coat(R) Systems (Nasdaq: BCSI), a leader in secure content and application delivery, today announced that it has appointed Kevin T. Biggs as senior vice president of sales. Biggs starts his position immediately and is responsible for all aspects of sales worldwide.

Biggs has over twenty years of experience in enterprise IT sales. He joins Blue Coat from IBM where he has held various positions in sales and marketing since 1980. Most recently, Biggs served as vice president of new customer acquisition in IBM's Software Group.
