(ASUS) today announced shipment of the first ASUS faster-than-wired router (WL566gM) and notebook card (WL106gM). These new ASUS products are powered by Airgo's industry-leading True MIMO Gen 3 wireless chipset. Airgo-powered wireless networking products are the only MIMO-enhanced Wi-Fi certified 802.11 compliant products available for commercial shipment, and are the world's fastest consumer wireless networking solutions. Airgo's unique MIMO technology is also in the core of the future wireless standard 802.11n.
