Data Evolution Constitutes 2005 Technical Advisory Board24 January 2005
The Company is pleased and honored to announce that the initial members of the 2005 Technical Advisory Board are The Hon. John Manley, former Deputy Prime Minister of Canada, Dr. Frank G. Opelka, M.D., visiting Associate Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School, and Susan Ernst, former EVP of Delivery and Operations at Emergis Inc.

THE HONOURABLE JOHN MANLEY
The Honourable John Manley has held several senior portfolios in the Canadian federal government. He has been recognized for his success in forging powerful cross-border partnerships and for his global initiatives in technology, education, and business.
Mr. Manley was first elected to Parliament in 1988 and has since held various positions, including Minister of Foreign Affairs in 2000. Following the tragedy that occurred on September 11, 2001, Mr. Manley became Chairman of a new Cabinet Committee on Public Security and Anti-terrorism. For this role, he was named TIME Canada Magazine's "Newsmaker of the Year."
In 2002, Mr. Manley was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of Canada, Political Minister for Ontario and Chairman of the Cabinet Committees on Economic Union and Social Union. He became Finance Minister in June 2002 and tabled the Government's federal budget in February 2003.
After leaving the federal Cabinet, Mr. Manley chaired a Review Committee reporting to the Ontario Minister of Energy on the role of Ontario Power Generation. In May 2004, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Nortel Networks Limited. Currently, Mr. Manley is senior counsel at McCarthy Tetrault LLP in Ottawa, Ontario and provides strategic advice in matters relating to the public sector. He has recently been assigned co-chair to a new task force to examine North American integration since NAFTA under the Council on Foreign Relations.
DR. FRANK G. OPELKA, M.D., FACS
Dr. Frank G. Opelka is a visiting Associate Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School and Chief, Division of Colorectal Surgery, and Vice Chair of Finance, Department of Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.
He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (ACS), a member of the ACS' Coding and Reimbursement Committee, an advisor to the American Medical Association's Relative Value Update Committee (RUC) and also a founding member of the Practice Expense Committee (PEAC). Dr. Opelka is a charter member of ACS Health Policy Steering Committee, a consultant to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and a member of the CMS APC (Ambulatory Prospective Payment Committee).
Dr. Opelka is also a co-founder of Surgical Practice Management for the ACS and the co-founder of the new Program for Business, Finance and Practice Management series for Residents. He is a fellow of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery (ASCRS) and serves as a council member on the Board of ASCRS.
SUSAN ERNST
Susan Ernst has extensive experience in all aspects of business management and brings a positive, solutions-oriented perspective to complex business challenges.
Sue Ernst, former Executive Vice-President, Service Delivery and Operations of Emergis Inc. (formerly BCE Emergis), was responsible for driving operational excellence and superior customer service in all aspects of service delivery at Emergis, a leading North American eBusiness company powering interactions between companies and enabling them to optimize efficiency by conducting business electronically.
Sue Ernst began with Emergis in 2003 with over 30 years of experience in the computer industry in systems integration, product development, client services and the telecom sector. Previously, she was Senior Vice President of Operations for ADC Telecom/Saville Systems and Senior Vice President & Chief Delivery Officer for MCI Systemhouse.
