Digital Media Exchange enters into agreements with Intel and Intel Capital11 January 2006
Digital Media Exchange, Inc. (DME), a company that publishes digital entertainment on the Internet, today announced that it has signed a technical and marketing agreement with Intel Semiconductor Ltd. to collaborate on optimizing DME's online game solutions for Intel-based platforms and promote online PC gaming in the Philippines.
Earlier this year, Intel Capital, Intel's venture investment program, also acquired a warrant giving it the right to invest in Digital Media International, Inc. (DMII), the parent company of DME.
