The PeerPoint C100 will enable Symphony(TM), MCM's premier telephone VoIP solution, to deliver voice services into protected networks without compromising customer security. MCM Telecom has been using the PeerPoint to solve critical NAT traversal and security issues in its expanding VoIP network in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey.
The PeerPoint C100 decreases support costs and increases customer satisfaction by ensuring reliable delivery of VoIP calls to customers behind firewalls with NAT. In addition, the PeerPoint C100 reduces overall bandwidth usage by directing calls onto the most optimal path between callers using advanced media path optimization capabilities.
