IFS announced today that Contec, Inc., a global manufacturer of contamination control products for critical manufacturing environments, has signed a contract to implement IFS Applications(TM) business software. The company will deploy IFS' mixed-mode manufacturing solution on IBM xSeries(R) hardware at its headquarters and manufacturing plant in Spartanburg, South Carolina. IFS regional sales and services partner brij(R) signed the contract with Contec.
