You know that kind of hyper-active trading is no joke. If James Cramer says it, it must be important. History shows that daytrading used to be an easy way to make money on stocks like Intel (Nasdaq:INTC) when markets used the fraction system (spreads were larger due to the fractions). But, that was before Warren Buffet said, "The fact is that a bubble market has allowed the creation of bubble companies, entities designed more with an eye to making money off investors rather than for them." In my opinion, that's when daytrading became less lucrative and turning a profit on stocks such as Micron Technology (NYSE:MU) turned much more difficult. But, you know, investing can be a mystery. I mean, investors say that customer service, performance or products are essential when choosing a financial firm. How about just plain old making money? Where does that fit in to the equation? I guess it's number one on the list for James Cramer, though. He said his passion has always been stock investing, and it has made him rich. Yet, many brokers still say day trading is too risky and investing is just a "political exercise". But, I say that, daytrading is nothing new, though, it's simply human nature to want to take a quick profit and then repeat the process. I guess what I'm really saying is that the market is unpredictable. But, it's not 1999 all over again. In fact, the stock market is still considered an important indicator of what lies ahead for my long-term wealth -- whether that includes "daytrading" or "investing" in stocks like Home Depot (NYSE:HD).
