After Vitesse reported Q3 results, Editor Paul McWilliams wrote the following on October 28, 2005, when Vitesse was trading for $1.54: "Vitesse has also gained serious traction in the low-end 'pizza box' space with Ethernet switches. This market grew considerably in calendar Q3 and is expected to continue to show growth going forward. In addition to this, indications are that wireline spending by the Bells will increase in the coming quarters. Vitesse does very well in this market. Due to these points, we think the sell-off of Vitesse is a mistake and that once this growth nears, the price of Vitesse stock will move up. ... I think there is a good chance that Vitesse will move up considerably during the next six months."
