NVIDIA Market Reach in China Recognized By Leading Industry Magazine28 January 2005
NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA - News), a worldwide leader in graphics and digital media processors, today announced that its GeForce(TM) graphics processing units (GPUs) have won first-place awards in the "Reader's Choice" and "Leading Installed Base" surveys sponsored by MicroComputer Magazine, one of China's most influential technology publications. With approximately 100,000 participants participating in the surveys, the results demonstrate the growing popularity and market share of NVIDIA products in China.

The awards are based on 101,896 qualified votes from readers of the magazine. In the "Leading Installed Base (GPU)" survey, participants were asked "Which GPU do you currently use?" In the "Reader's Choice (GPU)" survey, participants were asked "Which GPU brand would you buy if you were thinking of purchasing a VGA card?"
