Pointsec also announced today the availability of the industry's first Software Development Kit (SDK) designed to streamline the integration process of access control and endpoint encryption. Pointsec's new access control architecture, the Multi-Factor Authentication Engine, is designed to meet a growing industry need to simplify access control for users, reduce the cost structure of managing access to information stored on endpoint equipment, and provide higher levels of security to block accidental or malicious loss of sensitive information through two-factor authentication. Pointsec for PC 6.0
