Trimax Corporation Expands Market Reach Through Agreement With Langdon Wilson International2 August 2006
Trimax Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Multi-Source Inc. (MSI), and PLC Network Solutions Inc. (PLC) (OTCBB: TMXO), leading providers of Broadband over Powerline (BPL) communication technologies, is pleased to announce today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to form a joint venture relationship with Langdon Wilson International of Los Angeles, California to distribute its BPL technology.
Landon Wilson International, a leading International design firm offering services that include architecture, master planning, urban design, space planning and project management is presently working on projects in over 18 countries around the globe. Langdon Wilson has a diverse portfolio of award-winning projects with a construction value in excess of $12 billion. As well as new construction, Langdon Wilson is involved in upgrading and retrofitting existing buildings and is excited to be able to specify the benefits of BPL to their clients. Langdon Wilson will be able to offer Trimax/ MSI/ PLC's suite of broadband over powerline (BPL) IP applications and services including internet, VoIP, surveillance cameras, video on demand, IPTV and real time data acquisition and control for automatic meter reading (AMR) and equipment automation.
