Yak Communications Inc. to Market VoIP Services Through Intel's Latest PCI Phone Adapter8 June 2006
Yak Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: YAKC), a provider of legacy and VoIP telephony services to residential and business customers announced today that it has signed a Software License and Distribution Agreement with Intel. Yak will offer its WorldCity VoIP® product suite in conjunction with the roll out of the Intel® 600SM PCI Phone Adapter.
Aimed at simplicity and ease of use, the new Intel® 600SM PCI Phone Adapter features an integrated Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) that works seamlessly with Yak's VoIP premium telecommunication services: yakToAnyone™ and yakUnlimited™ services (http://www.yak.com/yakworldcity/wc).
